Shipping Protection is an optional, affordable service that covers your order if it's lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If anything goes wrong, we'll send you a replacement at no cost (including shipping)!You’ll have the option to purchase this during checkout. When you get to the Shipping Protection /section, simply click the toggle so that it appears green to add it to your order.

If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, just click the "Was Not Received" button in your delivery email. Please wait at least two business days after the package was marked as delivered before reporting it. Didn’t receive a delivery email? Merchandise that is unworn and in the original packaging can be returned within 30 days with the packing slip included with the product.
